DMD-HVP (Dot Matrix Driver-High Voltage Power) board Heres how it works:
The DMD-HVP board mounts on top of the existing Dot Matrix controller board. The three connectors from at the bottom of the old Dot Matrix controller plug into the DMD-HVP board thus eliminating the high voltage circuit (the circuit that provides the -113v, -125v and +62v for the display) from the old controller and enabling it through the new DMD-HVP board. The DMD-HVP board only takes a couple of minutes to install. All the hardware needed to install the DMD-HVP board is included. No soldering or special tools are required. None of the old high voltage circuit needs removing, even if the components are crispy toast. The DMD-HVP board bypasses and eliminates the old high voltage circuit, leaving it cold and dormant with the display working sharp and bright.
